RETURN POLICY: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on defective items or if you received an incorrect item. While we carry top quality merchandise from the manufacturers of adult products, we do occasionally receive a product that does not meet our standards or has a defect. Unfortunately, we may not be aware of an issue until after your purchase. Please read below to see if your item meets our return or exchange qualifications.
EROTIC SEX TOYS Because of their very personal nature, we are unable to accept returns for any sex toys. We do, however, offer exchanges in the event that you receive a defective product. Just return the defective product, following the directions below, and we will send you an identical replacement.
1) THE ITEM MUST IN BRAND NEW UNUSED CONDITION (please inspect and test it before using it)
2) You must contact us via email to receive a return authorization. It is your responsibility to inspect the item when you receive and notify us immediately (within five days) if it is not the correct item or if it is defective.
3) Keep your unused return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package.
4) Please include your name, email address, the address we shipped product to and authorization code
5) Return the box via the carrier of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) and make sure to keep tracking number for your records. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement items.
Unauthorized Returns and Restocking Fees.
* If you return a product that is not defective, it will be refused.
*If you refuse to accept the same product in exchange for a defective product, a 20% restocking fee + our shipping cost will be imposed.
* If we are unable to provide you with the same product in exchange for a defective product, we will be happy to issue you a credit.
Your order must be returned and received within 30 days from the order date. Returned products must be in brand-new, unused, undamaged and re-sellable condition, including original packaging and complete accessories that came with the item (with all tags and labels attached). Returned products will be refused if it contains any scratches, dirt, or sign of usage. Please contact our Customer Service to obtain an RA number. If an item is damaged, defective or missing components, please contact us and provide us photos of the damaged/ defective item along with your RA request.
